Who is LCTPC?

The Lake County Transition Planning Council (LCTPC) is a collection of Transition Education professionals based in Lake County, Illinois and is dedicated to enhancing the readiness of individuals with disabilities and their families for independence in post-secondary life. Established in 2012, the members of the LCTPC collaborate for the purpose of ensuring that Lake County residents have access to the latest information, resources, and events. LCTPC is proud to implement the Lake County and Beyond Transition Resources initiative to provide an easy way to gather information for those who call Lake County home. The schools and agencies who hold membership with LCTPC can be found below.
